Had a chance to found out one of the poshest florist at Paris - Eric Chauvin. Known as "The Little Prince of the Flowers" in Japan, Chauvin opened his first shop, Un Jour de Fleurs, in 2000 on rue Jean Nicot, and then expanded to the chic suburb of Neuilly. His third store - "Le Marche" was just opened this year with a bigger space and a new concept. The store offers a wide variety of bouquets and Chauvin is so famous for creating dreamy, luxe floral centerpieces for any events and weddings. I am fully inspired by his talent in using colors and foliages to create that special atmosphere for each of his creation.
Chauvin is the go-to guy for luxury brands like Dior and Boucheron; and Hermès Paris Flagship store demands 12-15 pieces weekly flowers from him too. Are you impressed by the snapshots of his workspace?
